Kevin L. Brunnemer
A long time resident of Tehama County, Kevin L. Brunnemer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Chico State University. Since 1981 he has been the President and General Manager of Foothill Ready-Mix, Inc. in Red Bluff. Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for MVB since 1992 and is Chairman of the Loan Committee. A past Director of the Tehama District Fair, he is a member on the Los Molinos Unified School District Board of Trustees, and a past Director of the Tehama Local Development Corporation. Kevin has received numerous community achievement awards and was named Tehama County's 1997 Businessman of the Year.
John B. Dickerson
John B. Dickerson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MVB. He has served as a Director since 1990 and is a member of the Executive, Loan and Asset & Liability Management Committees. John is a Director and Past President of the Tehama Local Development Corporation. He is a director of the Tri-County Economic Development Corporation, a member of the Investor Council of the Shasta 2017 Economic Development project, and serves as an Advisory Member of the Tehama County Treasury Oversight Committee. He served as Foreman of the 1999 Tehama County Grand Jury and is currently President of the Board of State Theatre for the Arts.
Robert C. Jones
Chairman of the Board, Robert C. Jones has served as a MVB Director since 1991 and is a member of the Executive and Audit Committees. Bob is a native of Tehama County and attended the University of California at Davis. For 39 years, he has owned and operated Robert C. Jones Insurance, Inc. Bob is currently a Director of the Corning Business Improvement District and a member of the Corning District Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Foreman of the Tehama County Grand Jury and a past president of the Corning Rotary Club. The Corning Chamber of Commerce recently named Bob and his wife, Ruth, Business Persons of the Year.
Robert J. Kerstiens
Vice Chairman of the Board, Robert J. Kerstiens has served on the MVB Board of Directors since 1982 and is a member of the Loan and Executive Committees. He is a World War II Veteran who received commendations including several Battle Stars and the Bronze Star while serving in the U.S. Army's European Theatre. Bob retired as Chief Ranger for the California Department of Forestry and for 15 years served as a member and Chairman of the California State Board of Forestry. He is a Director and Past President of the Tehama County Cattlemen's Association, which named him Cattleman of the Year in 1990. Kerstiens is a Director and Past President of the Tehama District Fair. He is a past member of the Shasta College Advisory Committee on Natural Resources and the Nature Conservancy's Dye Creek Planning Board. Tehama County has been Bob's home for more than 65 years.
Dan F. McFall
Dan F. McFall has been a resident of Tehama County for over 25 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Montana. Dan has served on the Board of Directors for MVB since 1994 and is a member of the Executive, Asset & Liability Management, and Audit Committees. He is the Director and Chief Financial officer of Crane Mills in Corning where he has been employed for over 25 years. Dan serves as Director and Treasurer of the Tehama Local Development Corporation in addition to being a member of the Planning Commission for the City of Corning. He is also a member and past President of the Corning Rotary Club.
Lynne T. Moule
Lynne T. Moule has owned and operated Business Connections in Red Bluff since 1979. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of MVB since 1994, serving as Corporate Secretary and as a member of the Audit Committee. She currently serves as Director and President of the Tehama District Fair. Lynne is a member of the Board of the Butte College Small Business Development Center's Advisory Committee and is a member of the Loan Administration Board of the Tri-County Economic Development Corporation. She is a past member of the Board of Governors of United Way of Northern California and Mercy Foundation North's Board of Trustees. Lynne has received outstanding and dedicated service awards throughout the years including Tehama County's 1995 Woman of the Year.
James D. Tate, M.D.
A resident of Shasta County for 25 years, James D. Tate, M.D. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Chemistry from the University of California at San Diego. He served as an intern in General Surgery while attending the School of Medicine at the University of San Francisco. Dr. Tate has practiced in the north state since 1978, and in 1991 founded Patients' Hospital in Redding where he currently serves as Chief of Surgery. He is a member of the Clinical Faculty for the University of California, San Francisco, and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Since 1982, he has served as a Diplomat of the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a longtime member for the Redding Rotary Club. Dr. Tate has served on the Board of Directors of MVB since 1999, and is a member of the Loan and Audit Committees.
